2007 National Specialty Show

Maxx's son Jaxx made his Canadian debut. After standing nicely for the judge,
he flew around the ring with a little too much enthusiasm!

Jaxx had some stiff competition. Bella Ridge LeBull's Let's Be Frank,
a ten month old puppy who was the Best Puppy at the American national show
in September in Denver, went on to be the Best Puppy at the Canadian nationals.
He also won Best in Show Puppy at the two all-breed shows that followed nationals.

Our Woody, almost 11 years old, took second place in the Veteran Dogs class.
We've thought it before, but this probably is Woody's last time in the show ring.

Gertie's puppy Luna, shown by her co-owner Kirsten, was one of three female specials.
She made the judge's first cuts! It was a nice way for Luna to celebrate her second birthday.

Australian Judge David Strachan had 20 dogs in the Best of Breed ring: 13 male specials,
3 bitch specials, Winner's Dog, Winner's Bitch, and the two winners of the veteran classes.

Our boy Maxx showed well and made the judge's first cuts.

And the winnerof the Candian nationals is: Felipe Dell 'Oldoinyo Langai, owned by Kerrie Moisi.
