Luna-Garbo Puppies

Luna, a few days before her puppies were born.
Luna gave birth to two beautiful puppies June 1.
The cream boy weighs 7.8 ounces, and the brindle boy weighs 8.2 ounces.
Day 1: Luna and her puppies are doing great.
The cream boy weighs 7.2 ounces, and the brindle boy is 8.4 ounces.
A slight weight loss in the first 24 hours is normal.

Day 2: Sleeping cheek to cheek.
Cream boy is 8.2 ounces, and brindle boy is 8.6 ounces.
Day 3: Like mother, like son.
Cream boy is 8.6 ounces, and brindle boy is 9.4 ounces.
Day 4: The puppies continue to nurse and grow.
Cream boy: 10.5 ounces. Brindle boy: 11.4 ounces.
Day 5: Full belly...time for a nap.
Cream boy: 11.6 ounces. Brindle boy: 12.6 ounces.
Day 8: I'm s-i-i-i-i-i-ng-ing in the rain-n-n-n-n!
With all the rainy weather we've had in Seattle lately,
it sure is nice to have the puppies to cheer us up.
They've started to yawn, and they've more than
doubled their birth weights in one week.
Cream boy: 16.0 ounces. Brindle boy: 17.8 ounces.
Day 9: I can yawn too, and I can see!
The brindle boy's eyes are wide open, and the cream boy's eyes have opened just a bit.
Cream boy: 18.0 ounces. Brindle boy: 20.4 ounces.
Day 11: Tummies are full. Time to sleep.
Cream boy: 20 ounces. Brindle boy: 24 ounces.
Day 13: Luna continues to be a great mom.
Cream boy: 23 ounces. Brindle boy: 25 ounces.

Day 16: Sleepin' buddies.
Cream boy: 28 ounces. Brindle boy: 30 ounces.

Day 21: Mealtime again!
Cream boy: 2 lb 2 oz. Brindle boy: 2 lb 6 oz.
Day 22: Playtime! At least the brindle boy thinks so.
The cream boy isn't quite awake yet.
Day 25: Almost four weeks old, and getting cuter every day.

Day 33: Lots of changes in the last few days. The puppies are much more active.
They're beginning to play with toys and people. And boy, are their new teeth sharp!
Five Weeks Old: The brindle boy weighs 4 pounds, and the cream boy weighs 3 lb 6 oz.
It's another hot and sunny day here in Seattle.
Luna's puppies have the right idea!
Luna loves to play with her 6 week old puppies.
The puppies are almost 8 weeks old and love to play in the yard.
Their grandmother Gertie is on the right.
The puppies are almost 9 weeks old.
That's their mother Luna on the left.
The puppies are ten weeks old today,
and Osh Kosh B'Gosh are they cute in their kiddie chair!
